Our kitchen is a place for meeting and sharing; we love to welcome people here and lead them through the discovery of Tuscan cuisine.
Kneading delicious fresh pasta with your own hands, baking some bread, waiting for it to cook and realizing it’s ready after smelling a warm scent in the air.
Try your hand at preparing the best known Tuscan recipes, getting to know the most used ingredients and local produce.
We can organize cooking classes and workshops for small groups.
Soft trekking
Within the estate it is possible to follow various trekking routes crossing over 10 hectares of land.
For those who wish to explore a wider area, there are a number of footpaths from the nearby towns of Buggiano and Colle di Buggiano going across hills, small streams, winding through the woods and reaching other villages such as Massa, Cozzile , Malocchio, Macchino, Stignano, the Sanctuary of Croci.
At the house, you will find a map with all the footpaths you can get access to within and outside the estate.

The pool
Our infinity pool overlooking the surrounding valley and the town of Buggiano Castello is located just a short walk from the main building.
Surrounded by greenery, the swimming pool is open from May to October and is perfect for chilling and relaxing taking in the peaceful setting under the sun.
Mountain biking
The whole area around our holiday farm is full of paths and secondary roads which are just perfect to be explored by bicycle. Electric mountain bikes or e-bikes with pedal assistance can be rented for a few hours or several days.
Relaxation, calm and nature are at home here.
The outdoor spaces around the farmhouse are full of secluded corners, immersed in lush vegetation and perfect for isolating yourself in total tranquillity.
Here and there you will find small tables for you to enjoy a cup of coffee, a freshly-squeezed juice, or a good glass of wine.
Artistic and cultural visits
Terre di Còcomo is located in the heart of Tuscany, between Lucca and Pistoia.
It is the perfect place for a stay that may include the visit to the most beautiful Tuscan cities and their treasures: Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Siena Livorno, Viareggio and the whole Tyrrhenian coast.
From our holiday farm you can also set out to discover the most authentic and lesser known parts of Tuscany, made up of small villages and outstanding views.
We will be happy to help you choose the places to explore during your stay.
Visit to the apiary
In our farm Terre di Cocomo we take care of the bees. We organize guided tours in our apiary to discover this wonderful world.
We will provide you with all the appropriate protective equipment and accompany you to know the bees of Cocomo.
We will show you what the sorting procedures are and we will conclude the visit with a small taste of our honeys.
The visit, by reservation and for a minimum of 4 people, is not recommended for those who have any form of allergy to insect bites, please inform us about it.
Yoga and Tai Chi
Personalized yoga lesson with certified Iyengar yoga teacher with 16 years of teaching experience, bilingual Italian / English. The lesson in the summer is held outdoors. Times and methods to be agreed with the teacher. To guarantee the availability of the teacher, it is necessary to book the lesson in advance.
Tai Chi lesson (languages spoken Italian / English / Spanish / French). The lesson takes place outdoors at times to be agreed with the teacher. Booking of lessons in advance is recommended in order to guarantee the availability of the teacher.
